Product Pillars
We use Product Pillard to better shape and categorize our work at ESPROFILER. Short-term, we may choose to focus on a single product pillar, this can help the team focus and support stronger collaboration and communication if the team are all working in th same area.
For ESPROFILER, our product pillars are defined as follows:
- Fundamental Data: Any items associated with the underlying data on which we build ESPROFILER, e.g. information about vendors, products and frameworks.
- Customer Context: Area of the ESPROFILER offering that involves uploading, processing and enriching customer data.
- Insights: Pillar associated to features in ESPROFILER that aim to provide insight to a customer about their security portfolio, utilising the Fundamental Data and Customer Context.
- Actionability: Pillar associated to features in ESPROFILER that aim to provide actionable recommendations to a customer about their security portfolio, or can undertake actins on their behalf.
- Chores: A catch-all bucket for work that doesn't fit into the other pillars, e.g. admin, or other non-technical work.
